Driver's bonus

Earn a bonus of up to €5000 per year!

Welcome to our family of drivers! With our unique bonus system, found nowhere else in the Netherlands, you can earn up to €5000 extra per year! Read on and find out how you can be part of our team and enjoy all the benefits just like our drivers.

Explanation of driver bonus

The driver bonus consists of two components. First, you receive a bonus per stop each period, which rewards you directly for your daily performance and effort. At the end of the year, you will receive an additional bonus on the second component. The amount of this additional bonus is determined by several criteria, including:

Driving style - If you drive fuel efficiently, not only do you contribute to sustainability, but you also earn a higher bonus. This encourages environmentally friendly driving within the driver team.

Number of claims - Safety is also a high priority. If you have a low number of claims during the year, you are rewarded extra, which promotes a focus on diligence on the road.

Manager's assessment - This assessment looks at your flexibility, communication, following company rules and degree of "thinking along" with the company.
